What to expect

The Caravan Serai safari takes you on a cultural journey of Arabic traditions and way of life. Caravans are a group of people traveling together and was a means of transport for Arabs to travel across long distances in the desert. A caravan serai was a small settlement built in the desert for use as resting stops for travelers passing through that route. With this tour, you will get to visit an actual desert caravan Serai and experience Arabic life from all those years ago. You will also learn about the region’s history while enjoying Emirati hospitality. This includes falconry, getting henna designs, horse rides, watching traditional performances such as belly dancing, Khaleejee dance show, yolla dance show and Nar show. For dinner, enjoy a delicious 5-star bouquet dinner with a taste of Arabic cuisine.
