This cultural experience of the Bedouins begins late afternoon as you join a traditional camel caravan to travel through the desert. Later, stop at a traditional majlis and enjoy a sunset falcon show as you get to learn about the majestic birds and their significance in Emirati culture. You will then head to the Bedouin village at the Al Marmoon Desert Conservation Reserve. Here you will learn about handicrafts that are important for survival in the desert. You will also learn about popular spices, watch preparation of a traditional dinner through a live cooking demonstration and have a taste of Bedouin cuisine. Other cultural experiences include learning a traditional performance, listening to stories about the lifestyle of the Bedouins and an astronomy session about how the Bedouins used stars for navigation.
