Musandam Trip “Fjords of Musandam”:

Schedule:
Hop over the border to the breathtaking Oman and cruise
along the fjords of Musandam in a traditional Dhow. Friendly, hospitable people
combined with fascinating sightseeing, scenery and great beaches make Oman a joy to
visit.
8.30 am Meet and greet in the Hotel. Drive
to Dibba, which is the town of Musandam.
Dibba consists of sea side villages that are owned partly by the Sultanate of
Oman (Dibba Bayah), Fujairah (Dibba Muhallab)
& Sharjah (Hisn Dibba).
10:00 Depart by traditional Omani Dhow for
a full-day cruise to the spectacular “Fjords of Musandam”. The journey starts
from Dibba, Oman (no visa's needed) where you
will be greeted with a warm welcome and board our traditional dhow, which is
decked out with cushions and chairs for a comfortable ride to the dive sites.
The journey will take us past some breathe taking scenery, while seeing a wide
variety of bird life and a good chance of seeing dolphins.
During the cruise the dhow You
will see:

villages on the side of a rocky hillside.

Beautiful,
hidden beaches to which you can swim.

Fjords
teeming with colorful corals, fish and turtles; great for snorkeling.

If you
are lucky, you'll have some dolphins (yes, you heard correctly: WILD
DOLPHINS!) bow-riding alongside your dhow!
There you can swim and snorkel in
the pleasant clear waters. As well as fishing in the Indian
Ocean. Lunch, refreshments and fruit are served on board.

We head along the East Coast, diverting en-route to pass through a modern
Bedouin Village and the camel farms that lie
beyond it before heading along the scenic Hatta road.
Arriving at the Oasis town of Masafi, we
stop off at the colorful market before continuing on along the shores of the
Indian Ocean to the tranquil fishing town of Dibba, with its fish and vegetable markets.
Our off-road adventure through the steep passes of the rugged Hajjar
range starts here. A two-hour drive through dramatic canyons, deep gorges and
rocky valleys.

Excursion 6: Dubai City

Depart from the Hotel and drive through the scenic route to Dubai, enjoy photo stops at Burj Al Arab (world famous
7-star hotel), Jumeirah Mosque (the only Mosque allowing non-Muslims to enter),
Burj Dubai (under construction to be the worlds tallest building), and the Sheikhs Palace (a stunning palace with peacocks
welcoming you). Next visit the Dubai Museum and experience an Abra (water taxi) creek
crossing towards Spice Market and a visit Gold Souk, lunch at local restaurant
before heading back to the hotel in Fujairah.
