The exciting 30-hour adventure is filled with water activities, gorgeous scenery, relaxation, delicious fare and most importantly, tranquility.
You will go on a 6-hour cruise on a traditionally decorated Omani dhow along the “Fjords of Musandam” and will be served a buffet lunch with unlimited soft drinks and mineral water. The dhow will cruise into the Straits of Hormuz and different villages through the majestic 16 km fjord (Khor). It will also anchor at various places including the famous Telegraph Island, where you can swim and snorkel in the clear waters (snorkeling equipment included), and if you’re lucky you can possibly get to see dolphins on the way. Soak up the beautiful scenery, bask under the sun and go splashing with the kids. A buffet Lunch, BBQ Dinner, Breakfast, refreshments, soft
drinks and mineral water will be served and is included.
Next day the friendly guides will then whisk you away to a brief tour of Khasab town, filling your mind with fascinating figures and facts about the city (like did you know the Portuguese built Khasab at the beginning of the 17th century?) before driving back to the UAE.
Dress-Code: Lightweight summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months. We recommend guests to carry swim wear for this trip.
Safety Features: The Dhow has qualified Captain, crew and is equipped with navigation compass, fire extinguishers, medical box and life jackets.
